Our event fee for up to 70 people is €3000. Other concierge services are to be discussed individually, depending on your requirements.

The estate can host 70 people for events, while the villa sleeps 12 people.

While weddings usually occur from late April to late October, holidays or retreats can occur anytime. It depends on how hot you like the weather to be. Please refer here for the weather information for Ibiza.

At Can Frare, we always obey the sound laws of Ibiza: loud music must stop by 11.45 pm.

Toni Prats Prats regards himself as the current guardian of the house. He is mindful that generations of his family terraced the land, cultivated it and built the house over the ages. We have therefore paid a great deal of attention respecting the traditional style of Can Frare Ibiza. As an inhabitant before the start of tourism on Ibiza, Toni has an in-depth knowledge of the island and is a native Ibicenco and Spanish speaker.

 

Lana Savic worked closely with Toni in getting the feel of the house right. She helped to maintain Can Frare Ibiza’s heritage whilst ensuring the house is both practical and pleasing. Lana has carefully selected a mix of traditional and contemporary decorative detailing to provide a comfortable yet luxurious feel for the space. Lana is a native French speaker, fluent in English, Spanish and Serbo-Croat.

Jonathan Dudding is a British Chartered Financial Analyst. Jonathan assists with the administration of the project and is a native English speaker. He moved to the Island some years ago and enjoys the relaxed pace after working in the city. He is very knowledgeable about the best restaurants in Ibiza. Jonathan is a keen walker and hiker so is happy to recommend nature walks if you would like to explore this beautiful Island by foot.

The owners were very attentive from the moment we booked, suggesting various activities and local places to visit. He has a vast array of contacts from chefs to boat owners to make your stay more memorable. He even did a first grocery shop for us on arrival to make the first couple of days stress-free. Can Frare itself really has the wow factor, from the infinity pool and outside eating spaces, to each bedroom and bathroom, equally impressive in decor and size. The whole place has a beautiful contemporary, but the Ibizan style and different reception areas inside out allow for everyone to enjoy the space collectively and alone. The kids loved the gardens and pool area too. Location was fantastic with restaurants, supermarkets, beaches and Pikes hotel on your doorstep, the airport also within a 20-minute drive. All in all, this really was the perfect holiday home. We can’t wait to return in the hopefully not too distant future!
